Laboratory Services

Our department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, accredited by the Joint Commission, brings together board certified pathologists and nationally certified technologists to offer a wide array of laboratory testing and test interpretation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to histopathology and cytopathology, the laboratory specialists provide consultation in coagulation, hematology immunology, urinalysis, blood bank, microbiology and clinical chemistry, including toxicology and endocrinology. We utilize state-of-the-art technology, including automated analytical systems, DNA-probes, and Thin Prep Pap Smear technology coupled with an integrated laboratory information system, providing accurate and rapid services to our patients.
