Salamanca Primary Care Clinic

Olean General Hospital offers primary health clinic services in Salamanca, which is about a 20 minute drive from the main hospital campus in Olean. The primary care clinic address is 4031 Route 219, Suite 101, Salamanca, N.Y.. The clinic offers primary health care to individuals sixteen years and older by nurse practitioner Mary Elizabeth “Libby” Smith in collaboration with Arun Patel, M.D..

Emphasis is placed on health promotion/disease prevention. Common acute/chronic health conditions are diagnosed and treated with appropriate referrals to specialists made.

Health care education and counseling is offered.

Clinic hours are on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
