Mildred Milliman Outpatient Surgery Center
The Olean General Hospital Mildred Milliman Outpatient Surgery Center is a $10.3 million project consisting of a 15,174 square foot addition and a complete renovation of 6,384 square feet of existing space at 500 Main Street, located across from the hospital's main campus. The state-of the art facility has four new operating suites , as well as three endoscopy labs, 23 pre-operative and post-operative beds, a six-bed post anesthetic care unit, a waiting room, a consultation area, and support space.
The facility was named in honor of Mildred Milliman, Olean General Hospital's largest philanthropic donor. Gifts to the hospital over her lifetime totaled more than $25 million.

Olean General Hospital's Outpatient Surgery Center was designed by Clark Patterson Lee, and construction is managed by E.E. Austin & Son, Inc. Groundbreaking for construction began October 2010. A Grand Opening Event was held in May 2012.
