Pre-Admission Testing

Prior to having surgery or any procedure at Olean General Hospital, it is essential that the surgical team and your physician have complete medical information on your health and condition.   It is designed with your pre-operative health needs, personal comfort and convenience in mind and provides us with the opportunity to gather important data and to provide you with additional information on your procedure.

Scheduling Your Appointment

Your appointment, which should take no more than 2 hours, should be scheduled 10-14 days before your procedure so that we can assimilate and distribute the information to our hospital team.  To make an appointment please call (716) 375-6400 between the hours of 9am and 4:30pm.

Please plan to bring copies of your Insurance card(s), Living Will, Health Care Proxy and/or Power of Attorney for Healthcare with you if you have them. If your insurance requires a copay we ask that you are prepared to pay the co-pay amount, we accept cash, check and credit card.
