Remembering A Loved One - Honoring Someone Special

A gift given to the Olean General Hospital Foundation in memory of a loved one or in recognition of someone special is a deeply moving and personal experience for those who decide to give. These gifts are often given in appreciation of care given to loved ones. They are simple to create and can be created whenever and as often as one wishes. Your gift can also be directed for a special purpose, department or for a specific area.

Each gift is acknowledged by a distinctive card sent to the family or friend of the person in whose name the gift is made. Notification does not include the amount of the gift. All donors will receive a separate acknowledgment.

Enclosed you will find correspondence to assist you in the event that you would like to make this type of gift. Your donation to our non-profit organization is tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.
