Access our systems
We are proud to provide a user friendly and intuitive online service that permits our physicians, as well as referrers, to obtain and share patient and clinical information when they need it. You will find our password protected and fully encrypted HIPAA compliant programs easy to use and state-of-the-art.
Olean General Hospital offers physician practices the ability to schedule outpatient procedures on-line via the Physician Web Scheduling (PWS) program.
PWS is an Internet-based scheduling program that can be accessed directly and efficiently from physician offices. Routine procedures that can be scheduled include: mammograms, bone density scans, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, EKGs, Echocardiograms, EEGs, PFTs and some fluoroscopy tests.

An OGH Registration Department employee will visit your office and provide installation and training to your staff in less than an hour of their time.
