Plan to begin your class around your 30th week of pregnancy. Choose from a 4-week evening session or one full-day Saturday class. Cost covered by most health insurance plans.

- Wednesdays, Nov. 18-Dec. 9
Saturday full-day sessions: Jan. 31, March 21, May 9, June 27, Aug. 1, Sept. 19, Dec. 5.
