DIABETES SUPPORT GROUPS

Regular Support Group This client-centered regular group meets every month on the 3rd Tuesday of the month (except December) from 6:30pm to 8:00pm in the Education Center at the 515 Main street facility. The sessions are free and open to the public. We encourage those with Diabetes and their family members/friends to attend, also. A physician or other Allied Health Professional speaks on a particular topic to help you manage your diabetes. Refreshments are provided.
