Job Description
Under the general supervision of the Director of Pharmacy and according to standard procedure, compounds and dispenses medication and pharmaceutical supplies upon receiving written orders and prescriptions from the physician. Participates in designated patient medication monitoring activities as defined by department procedures approved b the medical staff.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy.Pharm D preferred. Licensed and Registered in New York State and Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in New York State or Pennsylvania. Hospital experience preferred
