Job Description
Perform and interpret laboratory approved testing procedures in a prompt, accurate, and reliable manner according to established hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
The candidate must provide transcripts of their education along with a copy of their diploma. . In addition candidate may possess a certificate of registry from a national registry such as ASCP, AMT, ASMT, or CLS. Must meet the educational requirements of the New York State Department of Health Clinical Laboratory Evaluation Program. Must be licensed to practice as a Medical Technologist per requirements of the New York Department of Education.
